Amazing food, try the doubles with pepper on the side so you know if you can handle it or not. Another favorite is samosa or polourie with tamarind sauce on the side.

I've been here about three times before but I keep forgetting to do the review. Not necessarily my favorite restaurant, however, my partner enjoys it much. Usually for her I would get the roti, with all the other things she likes at the side. I got myself some rice and chicken and I can't lie. It was pretty good. I wish they would've just chopped up the chicken like most places but it's fine. They're very very good listeners and gave me exactly what I wanted how I wanted it done. I'll give them that, service is usually a Caribbean thing and it was done to perfection once again. I would be back again just like I was this time to get some food.

I stopped by to grab a quick bite and grab some roti and curry goat, it was so good I forgot to take a picture. Service was quick and friendly. When in Orlando again I will definitely be back!

Fast service and friendly people; thats correct friendly. I know sometimes it's a busy place but this morning it was quiet and the service was excellent. We ordered a few dishes separately to try with a single Roti to share amongst my wife and myself. Food ordered: Single Roti with smoked herring;Baigan choka; salt fish; pumpkin; stewed oxtail . Delicious and well tempered. The Baigan choka could have used a bit of garlic and a bit more pepper.. other than that we ate half of everything and finished the roti. The oxtail definitely was luxurious in tase with great depth of flavor. Smoked herring had a nice spicy kick. Pumpkin had a good sweet flavor and not watery. Salt fish dish was cooked with additional spinach which compliments the salt perfectly. Now this is not a Michelin rated restaurant but let's remember if your mother didn't teach you how to cook West Indian food then you should come here and enjoy the next best option in central Florida. Parking: large parking lot and no trouble finding the restaurant or its entrance.

(1/31/2024) came for a weekday lunch, it was pretty bustling when I got there, large families and looked like some random working folks popping in to grab to-go. This was my first time having Guyanese. Got oxtails with rice and beans and boneless chicken curry. Both came with Channa and Potatoes. Also got a few orders of roti stuffed with dal, which were enormous. Kind of because I didn't know what they were, got Aloo Pies with Channa, which is Ike a hot stuffed hoagie, also a meal in itself, but for real cheap! The price of oxtails seems to have skyrocketed and the going rate around town is about $20. Everything was well-seasoned and very flavorful. Oxtails tender but not exactly fall off the bone. There was some chewy bits to extract off them. Portions were full to the top of a pretty thin container, not leakproof, let me just say. Aloo Pies were delicious, the spicy sauce was sweet and a good warming heat, all of it very dense and filling. Service was like several aunties in the kitchen moving you along, but nice and accommodating.

The doubles are the best you can get in Orlando. It can get very busy on the weekends or around lunch time but the food is fresh and authentic so it's worth the wait.
